Mr.Box Bubble Tea

Der Service ist super nett und der Tee war soooo lecker

I ordered two drinks, and as I was putting the straw into one of them, the cup immediately cracked. It was clearly defective. I went to the cashier to let her know what happened, and she bluntly told me they couldn’t replace it. She said it was the supervisor’s policy. I asked if I could speak with the supervisor, but she said the supervisor wasn’t there. I then asked if she could call the supervisor, but she refused and just kept saying the supervisor had already said no. What upset me the most was how the situation was handled. While they were talking about my complaint, they were laughing and making sarcastic comments, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. In the end, I paid for a drink I never got because their defective cup broke before I could even drink it. Refusing to replace it or offer any solution felt like they took my money without providing the product I paid for. That’s simply unacceptable and not how customers should be treated. DO NOT GO THERE
